You will work with the operations manager to manage the pension schemes which include schemes administration, customer servicing, accounting, auditing, preparation of statistics and management reports.
The Role
- Manage and coach a small team to ensure progress against established budgets, timelines, and quality standards
- Serve as primary, daily contact to clients on delivery of services.
- Respond to and resolve complex issues, including those escalated by the team member
- Monitor the flow of day-to-day operations to ensure KPIs and SLAs are met
- Promote and provide training, coaching and mentoring to ensure staff are continuously developed
- Participate in process and technology transformation programs if needed
- Create a culture of continuous review and improvement across people, process and technology
- Positively represent the administration function to both internal and external senior stakeholders
- Retain existing business
The Requirements
- Customer services and operations experience on MPF/ORSO retirement schemes is highly preferred.
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Customer focus, with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel and Word)
