HR Manager

About the role

Tian Tian Catering is seeking a highly motivated HR Manager to join our growing team. As the HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and driving the people agenda for our organisation. This is a full-time position based in our Kwai Chung Kwai Tsing District office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the full employee life cycle from recruitment to offboarding

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices

• Manage the performance management system and provide coaching to managers

• Analyse HR data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

• Coordinate employee training and development initiatives

• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and regulations

• Promote a positive and inclusive company culture

• Collaborate with senior management on strategic HR initiatives

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in the Food & Beverage industry

• Excellent knowledge of HR best practices and employment law

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficient in HR information systems and data analysis

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field

• HKIHRM or CIPD qualification is preferred
