The successful candidate will be part of the Project Team and responsible for the successful deployment and seamless integration of HRIS within the Group. He/she will collaborate with HR users to review and streamline work processes, manage project schedules, oversee change management processes, provide training support, maintain clear and effective communication with all stakeholders, and work closely with IT teams and external vendors to manage the system integrator, ensure that all deliverables are completed on time and meet the required quality standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field.
Solid experience in HRIS projects management particularly in SAP SF or similar system implementations. Regional experience will be an advantage.
Strong understanding of HR processes and systems such as Core HR, payroll, compensation and benefits, onboarding & offboarding, recruitment, learning and performance management are highly preferred.
Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement.
Strong organizational and time management skills, self-motivated with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, able to work under pressure.
Excellent communication skill to liaise effectively with HR users, IT teams and external service providers.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
