Responsibilities:
- Partner with managers to develop and implement effective performance and talent management initiatives aligned with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Lead the performance management cycle, providing coaching and feedback to managers and employees to foster a high-performing culture.
- Manage and resolve employee relations issues fairly and consistently, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Develop and improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and legal requirements. Stay current on employment legislation and advise management on compliance.

Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of progressive HR Business Partner experience within multinational corporations.
- Proven ability to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, demonstrating experience in driving organizational change and transformation.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of successfully resolving complex employee relations issues.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
- Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.
