Human Resources Intern

Job Descriptions (Key Responsibilities):

• Support the full spectrum of HR function, ensuring smooth operations
• Provide administrative assistant to HR team, particularly in managing overseas expatriates matter
• Maintain accurate HR records, HR system (HRIS), and ensure proper documentation and filing
• Assist in HR system enhancement project, reviewing and updating HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Policies & Procedures Manuals (PPM)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related field
• Self-motivated, well organized and detail-minded with strong multitasking abilities
• Proficient in MS Office(Excel, Word) and English/Chinese Word Processing; experience with HRIS is a plus
• Fluent in both written and spoken English & Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Immediate available is preferred

Working hours: Mondays to Fridays, 09:00 – 18:00 (Able to work at least 3 days or above a week)
