Provide support to HR department for full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, staff relations, and other personnel related issue
Assist in preparing recruitment advertisement, screen applications, conduct interviews and make employment offer
Assist in monitor daily attendance and prepare monthly attendance report
Assist in reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, employee handbook and ensure all practices are aligned internally and complied with labor laws
Assist in advising and counseling team managers and employees on staff related matters
Prepare reports, maintain staff record in HR system including CPD training record and professional records
Participate in HR ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned
