Human Resources Officer
Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management:
Talent sourcing and interview arrangements.
Maintain accurate employee records.
Manage the on/offboarding processes, including documentation and exit interviews.
Handle work visa applications, renewals, and terminations for foreign employees.
Administer workplace injuries and coordinate with insurer.
Payroll Management:
Assist in processing payroll components, including commission and incentives, for Hong Kong and Macau.
Collaborate with internal teams to acquire accurate payroll data.
Validate payroll inputs, address discrepancies, and resolve employee inquiries.
Ensure compliance with regional labour law and tax filing requirements.
Benefits Administration:
Liaise with insurance providers for corporate insurance programs.
Manage employee benefits programs and inquiries, including the MPF scheme.
Training and Engagement:
Organize and coordinate employee training programs to enhance skills.
Design company activities for staff engagement and employer branding.
Office Administration:
Support office procurement, maintenance, courier services, etc.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management.
2-4 years of experience in related roles.
Sound knowledge of applicable law regarding payroll and employment.
Organized, advanced in Excel and sensitive to numbers.
Curious, forward-thinking, and always take initiative.
Fluent in English.
