Job Description:
Provide day-to-day operational support for the system, including incident resolution and troubleshooting

To conduct and coordinate system patch testing

To liaise with the vendor for issue resolution, system updates and system enhancements

To provide recommendations on the business process and system capabilities

To support other related IT initiatives and projects as assigned

Document processes, issue resolutions, and system changes for internal knowledge sharing

Requirements:
Solid knowledge in Microsoft Office & Windows

Experience in System Analyst role is an advantage

Self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
