The incumbent will be offered 1-Year renewable contract (Secondment) to provide operational support to the data center.
Responsibilities
Maintain the daily operation of the data center
Monitor the network and system availability
Provide technical support to scheduled / non-scheduled activities such as health checking, network equipment installation and configuration etc
Ensure information is well-delivered to helpdesk and all related parties
Prepare service/operation report
Requirement
Higher Diploma holder with a minimum of 2 years' IT related experience
Experience in server or network components operation and support will be an advantage
Familiar with the environment of data center is a plus
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Willing to work on shift (7x24)
