Job Responsibilities:
- Focus on enablement and maintenance of Policy Servicing production incident, Policy & Customer Servicing data patching support
- Policy Servicing production incident support for impact case handling, interim fixing and long-term enhancement
- Data patching support for Policy & Customer Servicing to ensure accuracy and integrity of data in core system
- Liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to communicate incident status, impact and resolution
- Support Operation Government to handle Operation related material incidents
- Support other departments (e.g. Product) on related incidents
- Assist Senior Manager to prepare management reports
- Lead the team of business analysts to manage and support incident and data patching which assigned by senior manager and ensure successful implementation and delivery by following the prescribed standard and timeline.
Job Requirements:
- Degree holder in any discipline
- At least 7 years relevant practical experience with minimum 2 years in supervisory level
- Proven ability to lead delivery of medium projects
- Hands on experience in project life cycle (Agile is an added advantage), Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar designation
- Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of project management skills and tools
- Good analytical, problem solving and presentation skills with positive and pro-active mindset
- Able and enjoy to work with people of diverse backgrounds
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate internal facing and technical information to customer friendly language
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Good people management skills is an advantage
