We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing and Administration Officer to join our startup team. The ideal candidate will play a role in promoting our innovative healthtech solutions designed for the elderly and perform daily administration work. This position requires a blend of marketing acumen and administrative skills to drive our outreach efforts and support the operational functions of the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy Development: Assist in creating and implementing marketing strategies to promote our healthtech products and services.
- Content Creation: Prepare engaging marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, and social media content.
- Website Management: Develop and update website content to ensure it reflects our brand and offerings effectively.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies.
- Event Coordination: Organize and manage promotional events, including webinars and community outreach programs.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth daily operations, including scheduling meetings and managing correspondence.
- Reporting: Track and report on marketing performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in marketing or administrative roles is preferred, especially in the healthtech or startup environment.
- Skills:
- - Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- - Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- - Basic knowledge of website management (HTML/CSS experience is a plus).
