What We Are Looking for:
To be responsible for the management of online business and e-shop development for the company.
Develop and execute online and offline marketing plans, promotional campaign
What You Will Own & How You Will Make A Difference:
Assist manager in developing marketing and execute online and offline marketing plans, promotion campaigns;
Compile reports and coordinate with different parties for project implementation;
Analyze online user behavior, conversion data and customer journeys, funnel analysis and customer segments;
Responsible for media, advertising, promotion and production execution;
Manage social media (e.g. Facebook, Instagram);
Provide SEM / SEO and EDM or A/B testing to drive online sales by increasing website traffic and optimizing site conversion;
Manage and monitor KPIs including annual, monthly or weekly performance targets, traffic targets, and conversion rate targets;
Collaborate with product and operations teams to conduct sales & product forecast and enhance performance of the third party channels;
Work with technical team and Global team to enhance online browsing experience, manage site changes to increase quality traffic, maximize site performance;
Monitor site metrics, such as time for web pages to load, total numbers of site visitors, and visitors by product or page, etc.
Who You Are:
Degree holder in Marketing/Digital Marketing/Marketing Communications or relevant disciplines;
3 years or above relevant experience in e-commerce and digital marketing;
Experience in social media, Meta Ads, Google Keyword Search Ads, SEO, or Google Analytics is an advantage;
Strong project management, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills;
Proficient in data analytics and customer metrics measurement;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications such as Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
Multi-tasking, fast paced, proactive, result oriented and good time management, able to work under pressure;
Good in spoken and written English and Chinese;
Familiar with Kitchenware / Cookware industry is a plus;
More experience candidates will be considered as a Senior Marketing & E-commerce Executive.
