Formulate marketing goals and plans to align with brand direction and company objectives.
Oversee day-to-day operations in retail marketing, CRM programs, new product launches, and promotion activities.
Develop, Implement and Manage of CRM system
Manage seasonal sales targets and control marketing budgets. Monitor daily product sales and promotion performance and create strategic action plans.
Collaborate with Retail, Design and Production team to produce below-the-line (BTL) promotion materials, new product packaging, and visual merchandising for retail stores.
Support the development of new channels, including B2B, e-commerce, and social media awareness.
Explore the marketing opportunities and work out joint promotions and crossover with third parties for brand building
Implement brand building strategies to maximize brand value in retail, ensuring consistency in brand messaging and adherence to brand guidelines.
Provide training and presentations for frontline staff to deliver excellent service, enhance Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) knowledge, and improve sales performance.
Administer and manage marketing and operational workflows, ensuring adherence to budgets and deadlines.
Supervise the customer service support team and handle B2B business inquiries
Job Requirements
Degree holder in Marketing Management or Business Administration, or related discipline.
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with 2 year- experience gained in Retail Chain Stores / FMCG / Health-related industry is a must.
Strong multitasking, proactive, independent, leadership, and analytical skills.
Positive mindset and able to work under pressure.
Health-conscious and supportive of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Chinese Medicine knowledge preferable.
Proficient in copywriting and excellent communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office Application
