主要職責:
策略制定:為公司產品制定和實施全面的市場營銷策略及定價策略,分析市場趨勢和競爭對手動態,提出針對性的市場策略。
銷售計畫:分階段拆解銷售計畫,推動銷售計畫落地,最終達成銷售目標。
業績增長:設計重點業務、產品的市場營銷計畫,推動業績增長。
預算管理:管理營銷預算,確保各項行銷活動的有效性和投資回報率。
客戶開發與維護:做好客戶分層管理及維護,週期性對核心客戶進行拜訪,深入瞭解客戶需求及問題,協調內外部資源助力問題解決和客戶發展,穩定客戶關係。
團隊建設:領導市場營銷團隊,激勵團隊成員達到績效目標,並提供培訓與發展支援。
團隊協作:與供應鏈團隊、職能團隊密切配合。
任職要求:
大學本科及以上學歷,有豐富經驗者可放寬學歷要求,市場營銷、工商管理或相關領域專業優先考慮。
8年以上工作經驗,對食品飲料相關快消品領域某一或多個細分行業有深度的學習和沉澱,了解行業發展趨勢、成長規模、商家品牌、使用者畫像、有行業客戶的深度開發服務經驗及資源整合能力。
有銷售及客戶運營工作經驗,有豐富的食飲快消品牌資源優先。
具備良好的專案管理能力,溝通協調能力,數據分析能力及文檔沉澱能力。
自驅,抗壓,學習能力強。
掌握流利粵語和普通話口頭及書面表達能力。
