Tai Sang Estate Agency Limited , a subsidiary of Tai Sang Land Development Limited, invites applications for the following position: -
Responsibilities:
Preparation of Lease / Tenancies and Licence Agreement and related duties
Handle lease administration works
Handle tenants' enquiries and / or complaints, and prepare reply letters and emails
Attend Management Committee / Owners' meeting and prepare report
Perform other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the manager
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Property or Business Administration
Minimum 2 years' relevant experience in lease management
Good command of spoken and written Chinese & English
Good in MS application, including Word, Excel & PowerPoint
Work under pressure
Immediate availability is an advantage
Candidates with higher qualification and / or more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Officer, Lease Management
