Operations & Logistics Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Operations & Logistics Executive to join our dynamic Operations team! In this role, you will oversee and coordinate daily order activities, manage shipping documents, track inventory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations. If you have at least 3 year of experience in logistics, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you. Proficiency in Cantonese, English, and Excel is essential, and knowledge of ERP systems is a plus. What You'll Do
Oversee daily operations, including inventory management, logistics, and distribution, ensuring smooth and timely execution
Responsible for shipping document including packing list, invoices, or other related document if needed
Follow up on stock movement & inventory management in ERP system
Identify opportunities to reduce costs throughout the supply chain, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
Prepare departmental reports and handle administrative duties, such as filing
Assisting supervisor in preparing reports and sales analysis
Verify supplier invoice, freight invoice and warehouse invoices for supervisor’s payment approval
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the team head
What You'll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics supply chain and operations management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency
Are excited to cope with uncertainties and challenges. Enjoy working under a lean team with high flexibility
Familiarity with leveraging AI technologies to enhance operational tasks, such as for data analysis, forecasting, or process automation.
Possess good interpersonal skills, with team player spirit
Basic knowledge of ERP is an advantage
Excellent command in Cantonese. Good in spoken and written English
Knowledge on PC / Excel / Google Sheet
Chinese and English typing
