Responsibilities:

• The Overnight Apartments Officer/Security Officer ensures the safety, security, and smooth operation of Serviced Apartments during night hours. This includes monitoring access, conducting patrols, addressing guests concerns, and responding to emergencies.
• The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Requirements:

• Secondary educated, with 1 year’s experience in property management and hospitality industry is highly preferable
• Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, basic computer skills for reporting.)
• Good communication skills and is able to work independently
• Courteous, self-motivated, fast learner and with customer service mindset
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• 12 hours shift duty required
