Responsibilities:
- The Overnight Apartments Officer/Security Officer ensures the safety, security, and smooth operation of Serviced Apartments during night hours. This includes monitoring access, conducting patrols, addressing guests concerns, and responding to emergencies.
- The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Secondary educated, with 1 year’s experience in property management and hospitality industry is highly preferable
- Familiarity with security systems (CCTV, access control, basic computer skills for reporting.)
- Good communication skills and is able to work independently
- Courteous, self-motivated, fast learner and with customer service mindset
- Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
- 12 hours shift duty required
The incumbent will provide warm and friendly assistance and service to valuable guests of the serviced apartments.
