The Murray, Hong Kong is a high-profile preservation project designed by British international studio for architecture and integrated design Foster + Partners. Part of Hong Kong’s Conserving Central Project, the Hotel which was the stand-alone Murray Building is one of the city's most iconic landmarks. A member of Global Hotel Alliance’s Ultratravel Collection, the contemporary sanctuary features 336 oversized rooms and suites spanning 25 floors. Other facilities include a stunning rooftop bar with breath-taking views of the central business district and the green oasis of Hong Kong Park, a series of signature restaurants and bars, as well as creative meeting and event spaces.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to maintain daily operations of Human Resources Department, including leave management and benefit schedule handling
Assist with the recruitment and selection process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes and coordinating interviews with Department Heads
Administer training subsidies, incentive programs and colleague training records,
Prepare materials and venue set-up, e.g. PowerPoint, video production, games, activities, simulation, translation for training meetings
Responsible for preparation of colleague communications materials including Daily Newsletter, Notice Board and Email Blast
Requirements:
University graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management; relevant working experience in a Hotel is an asset
Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and ad-hoc projects
Detail-minded, willingness to take extra duties and perseverance are crucial
Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
A candidate with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
