Assist management to manage full spectrum of human resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, performance management and staff relation
Oversee the general office administration
Ensure all human resources and administration functions are operated in compliance with legal legislation
Handle ad hoc projects
Requirements
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 5 years' relevant experience of which minimum 2 years’ experience at supervisory level
Hands on experience in supervising a human resources & administration team
Familiar with HK labour ordinance and sound knowledge of PRC labour law
Self motivated and able to perform multi-task to meet tight deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to deal with staff at all levels
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office and AI tools
