We are seeking an experienced and driven PMO Executive to join qlub’s fast-growing fintech team.
You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to uncover new market opportunities, refine business processes, and champion best practices—both internal and external—to elevate our performance and accelerate expansion.
A central part of your work will involve crafting strategic playbooks and shaping long-term business plans, enabling the organization to scale efficiently and sustainably. In this consulting-like capacity, you’ll broaden your expertise in operations and business strategy, all while making a tangible impact on our trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Insights & Development: Analyze business performance (profitability, sales, operational efficiency) and conduct in-depth performance deepdives to develop actionable business strategies.
- Local Commercial Partnerships: Build and manage partnerships with local businesses (events, malls, hotels) to drive adoption and growth.
- Regional Partnership Coordination: Coordinate with local and regional partners in payments, POS, and related fintech domains to enhance product offerings and drive operational efficiency.
- Product Launches: Drive the end-to-end launch of new products and business initiatives.
- Process Improvement & Automation: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline and automate business processes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders, including investors and partners, to align on strategy and support business growth.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years' experience in cross-functional project management, operations within high-growth startups or consulting environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with OKR frameworks and business process optimization.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
