Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews and unpaid work matching for service recipients;
- Assign unpaid work arrangements to service recipients according to service requirements;
- Complete the Case Assessment Form and make recommendation on matching suitable unpaid work of recipients;
- Provide on-site supervision to service recipients, including safety regulations and disciplinary requirements;
- Record the attendance, progress, and performance of service recipients.
Requirements:
- Form Three or above.
