Quantity Surveyor (5 days work)

Responsibilities

• Handle all pre and post contract quantity surveying duties for the projects
• Assist in collection and preparation of information and records for contractual claims and insurance claims
• Preparation the processing payment application and certification
• Subletting work and sub-constructor interim payment evaluation

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or other related engineering discipline
• 3+ years' of relevant QS working experience
• Previous experience on Design & Build projects would be an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Office application
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
