Perform quantity surveying duties
Prepare measurement of works in progress, valuation of variations, settle final accounts
Attend site inspections, site meetings with sub-contractors
Requirements
Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
Minimum 6 years working experience
1 year post qualification experience with Membership of HKIS/RICS/AIQS; HKIS preferred
Experience in all aspects of quantity surveying / building services
Knowledge in QS related software is highly preferred
Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
Good communication and interpersonal skill, able to work independently
Self-motivated and disciplined
Immediate available is preferable
