Job Responsibilities:
Prepare tender and contractual documents.
Prepare measurement, cost estimation, and variation orders for projects.
Job Requirements:
High Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying / Building Studies / Building Services.
Experience in Quantity Surveyor for Plumbing and drainage works.
Possess a recognized professional membership of relevant institution is an advantage.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Good command of both written English & Chinese.
Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
