We are seeking a Regional Training Executive to join a prestigious luxury retail brand , driving impactful training initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. This is a strategic and hands-on role that blends creativity, operational excellence, and a strong passion for people development.
You will be instrumental in elevating frontline performance through the design and delivery of training programs focused on product knowledge, client experience, brand storytelling , and more.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Deliver Training : Craft engaging training content across multiple focuses – from brand heritage to service excellence – and deliver programs both in-person and virtually.
Localize Global Strategy : Execute global training direction while tailoring content to suit regional and market-specific needs.
Lead International Seminars : Plan and facilitate cross-country training seminars, including theme creation, logistics, and operational execution.
E-Learning Development : Design interactive e-learning modules, track participation and effectiveness, and continuously refine based on feedback.
Classroom Facilitation : Conduct live, interactive training sessions and monitor learning outcomes, engagement, and feedback metrics.
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of training experience , preferably in the luxury or premium retail sector
Proven experience in training program development and facilitation
Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken)
Creative, forward-thinking, and open to innovative training approaches
Highly organized , with the ability to manage multiple projects across regions
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
