Requirement :
Certificate or Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
Minimum 1-2 years relevant experience in Hotel Reservations Industry
Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Good communication skills and customer service
Familiar with Opera system and MS Office applications
Handling all reservation inquires, bookings and answer customer inquires via online platform and incoming call
5-day work week
Fresh graduate will also be considered
