What will you do?
I. Reservations Officer
Answers, confirms, and processes all reservation requests in accordance with established policies and procedures. Follows up on cancellations as needed.
Inquires and gathers detailed information for reservations. Accurately records all requests on the reservation form, including special requirements such as extra beds, baby cots, and proximity to guest lifts.
Responsible for answering all incoming calls politely and accurately, providing correct information to all inquiries. Adheres to the principles of effective telephone courtesy.
Demonstrates knowledge of operating procedures and the application of the PABX system and related equipment.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the superior.
II. F&B Reservations Officer
Maintain comprehensive and accurate booking records in the system, pre-assign tables, and confirm reservations.
Oversee restaurant booking capacity and manage online / offline booking platforms.
Provide guests with essential information about restaurants, promotions, and special events via phone calls and emails to enhance guest satisfaction.
Communicate and ensure smooth operations and seamless booking experiences.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the superior.

What do we seek in you?
Diploma or above holder in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
Possess 1-2 years of premium hotel experience.
Hands-on restaurant operations or customer service experience will be an advantage
Familiar with hotel management systems.
Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, plus to know other languages.
Present yourself professionally, with the ability to comfortably build rapport with a global clientele.
Pleasant personality, customer-oriented with good communication skill.
