Description

Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to maximize RevPAR and overall profitability.
Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to make informed pricing decisions to meet budget.
Set competitive room rates and manage inventory across various distribution channels, including OTA partnerships relevant to the Hong Kong market.
Monitor and adjust pricing strategies based on real-time data, market conditions, and special events in Hong Kong.
Prepare and present detailed revenue reports, forecasts, and recommendations to senior management.
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to respond to market fluctuations.
Lead and mentor the revenue management team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development by continuously improving SOPs.
Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment on revenue goals and market positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotions and packages that resonate with both local and international travelers.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in revenue management.

Requirements

A minimum of 3 year’s working experience in hotel revenue management or similar role
A team player with an entrepreneurial spirit who is not afraid to get their hands dirty
People-oriented, self-driven, and ambitious
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in revenue management systems and tools.
Skilled in communicating and presenting effectively with internal and external parties
Proficiency in English is required, Cantonese/Mandarin and other languages are a strong plus
Proficiency in G Suite/Excel/Slack/PMS and other cloud platforms
Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Revenue Manager or Revenue Officer
