Sales and Purchase Officer

Responsibility :

• Responsible for all sales activities in store

• Purchasing, exploring new products

• Quick response to market and new products trend.

• Provides administrative and operational support to the both sales and operations teams

• Manage data and preparing sales reports, sales forecasting and other operational reports

• Supporting daily retail operations, including inventory management and POS system

• ⁠Handle general clerical duties, including: filing, data entry, photocopying, typing

• Provide general office administrative support on daily operations

• ⁠Handling incoming telephone calls

• Participating in ad-hoc assignments as required

Qualification & Skills required:

• Form 5 or above, fresh graduates will also be considered

• General electronic appliances knowledge

• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and generate reports

• 2 years of relevant experience is preferred

• ⁠Integrity & Accountability

• Polite, responsible, well organized, detailed mind and able to handle multi-tasks

• Proficiency in MS Office including Chinese Word Processing

• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
