- To develop and maintain hotel Corporate business
- Organize and direct overall sales activities to achieve sales volume and profits targets
- Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to maximize sales margins and exposure, increase market penetration by various channels
- Analyse customer and competition situations, generate action plans to expand market share
- Provide market intelligence on economic trends and competitor activities
- Performs ad hoc duties as required
- Degree Holder or above in Hotel / Sales & Marketing Management or related discipline
- Minimum 6 years' relevant experience in the hotel industry, preferably in luxury hotel in Hong Kong
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proactive, result-oriented and able to explore business opportunities
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Good knowledge of Opera, Delphi and Microsoft office applications
