Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing and executing daily security operations.
- Coordinate and allocate security manpower to designated sites efficiently.
- Handle enquiries, complaints, and emergency incidents promptly and professionally.
- Support administrative tasks related to security operations, including documentation and reporting.
- Prepare and submit the next month’s duty roster for both the security and cleaning teams in a timely manner.
- Plan and arrange manpower for Typhoon and Rainstorm Precaution Measures, including forming an Emergency Standby Team to ensure uninterrupted operations during adverse weather conditions.
Form 5 or above
Hold valid Security Personnel Permit and QAS certificate
At least 5 years relevant working experience in security or property management field
Good command of spoken and written in Chinese and English
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Power point and Chinese Word Processing
