Shipping Clerk

Our products cater to all age ranges from infant to kidult, and categories from arts & crafts, collectibles, dolls & accessories, dress-up sets, electronic toys, novelty and plush.

Just Play is a US based multinational organization. Our Hong Kong office is located in TST East. We are now looking for a high caliber individual to join us:

Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of I/E shipping and banking document;

• Communicate with internal teams on orders, inspection and shipment update;

• Coordinate with suppliers and freight forwarders for shipment related issues;

• Update ERP systems, issue invoice, packing list and shipment related documents;

• Systematic filing of shipping document;

• Perform ad hoc job tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary education/DSE graduate, or above

• Minimum 3 years of relevant shipping experience, prior work experience in toys industry an advantage;

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

• Good computer skills (ie MS Office); Prior ERP experience a plus

• Ability to work under pressure

• Independent, initiative and responsible

• Fast learner with positive working attitude
