The Purpose:
Assist in claims processing and conduct daily checking on outpatient eClaims, ensuring accurate and timely handling of all claim-related tasks.
The Job:
Assist in claims processing.
Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of claim information in the system.
Conduct daily checking on outpatient eClaims (i.e., Non STP claims).
Support the team with necessary clerical tasks.
Coordinate with the team and complete the assigned tasks with daily targets.
The Person:
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Good spoken and written in English and Chinese.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
