Our client, a US Listed medical device company in a major surgical device sector, is seeking a high-calibre Supply Chain Manager to lead their Hong Kong operations. This is a rare opportunity to drive strategic supply chain excellence in a market-leading, innovation-driven organisation.

You will:
Full ownership of Hong Kong’s supply chain, covering demand & supply planning, inventory control, freight & distribution, customer service, and 3PL management. Beyond operations,
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, enhance service levels, and deliver measurable cost savings. A key focus will be building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing local team.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead the HK supply chain function, ensuring operational excellence.
• Oversee demand & supply planning, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
• Manage budgets, KPIs, and 3PL vendor performance.
• Implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with HK medical device regulations.
• Develop and mentor team members for long-term success.

The Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline (MBA a plus).
• Minimum 5 years’ supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in management.
• Strong leadership, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience in medical devices or regulated industries preferred.
• Business-level English and excellent communication skills.
