You will:
Full ownership of Hong Kong’s supply chain, covering demand & supply planning, inventory control, freight & distribution, customer service, and 3PL management. Beyond operations,
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, enhance service levels, and deliver measurable cost savings. A key focus will be building, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing local team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the HK supply chain function, ensuring operational excellence.
- Oversee demand & supply planning, inventory, logistics, and customer service.
- Manage budgets, KPIs, and 3PL vendor performance.
- Implement SOPs and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with HK medical device regulations.
- Develop and mentor team members for long-term success.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline (MBA a plus).
- Minimum 5 years’ supply chain experience, with at least 2 years in management.
- Strong leadership, delegation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Experience in medical devices or regulated industries preferred.
- Business-level English and excellent communication skills.
