The Role
VP, Product Manager, Private Banking
Key Accountabilities
- Conduct training for local and banking partners and frontline staff;
- Build relationship with bank account managers or referrers;
- Close insurance deal and provide after sales services;
- Complete regular customer background reviews;
- Organize and update training materials;
- Conduct Insurers and Referrers initial and on-going due diligence;
- Maintain user friendly product platform;
- Onboarding new insurers and new products;
- Prepare product related marketing material.
Skills & Experience
- 10-15 years of insurance frontline / Product management related work experience (Existing TR in a brokerage company is preferred);
- Good understanding on Hong Kong and Mainland insurance products;
- Familiar with computing (e.g. Excel formulation);
- Bachelor degree;
- Possess an insurance license from the Insurance Authority (I.A.) – Paper 1,2,3,5;
- Fluent Chinese and English (advantage if with fluent Mandarin).
