The Role

VP, Product Manager, Private Banking

Key Accountabilities

• Conduct training for local and banking partners and frontline staff;
• Build relationship with bank account managers or referrers;
• Close insurance deal and provide after sales services;
• Complete regular customer background reviews;
• Organize and update training materials;
• Conduct Insurers and Referrers initial and on-going due diligence;
• Maintain user friendly product platform;
• Onboarding new insurers and new products;
• Prepare product related marketing material.

Skills & Experience

• 10-15 years of insurance frontline / Product management related work experience (Existing TR in a brokerage company is preferred);
• Good understanding on Hong Kong and Mainland insurance products;
• Familiar with computing (e.g. Excel formulation);
• Bachelor degree;
• Possess an insurance license from the Insurance Authority (I.A.) – Paper 1,2,3,5;
• Fluent Chinese and English (advantage if with fluent Mandarin).
