Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive support to our sales team;
- Prepare and follow up sales orders and purchase orders, daily replenishment, item master system creation and maintenance, and related documents;
- Prepare regular sales and inventory reports;
- Work closely with internal departments and customers to ensure smooth operations;
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above with min. 2 year working experience;
- Experience in retail, wholesale or FMCG industry is preferable;
- Self-motivated, hardworking, responsible & willing to learn;
- Good communication skill and able to work under pressure;
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word processing is a MUST;
- Immediate available is preferred;
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Clerk
