職責:
- 負責監督多管道行銷活動（包括數字平臺、社交媒體、電子郵件、內容行銷、付費廣告、印刷品及線下活動），提升品牌曝光度。
- 與外部機構合作，推動創意開發、媒體採購及公關事務。
- 運用分析工具（如Google Analytics、CRM系統）優化行銷活動，最大化投資回報率（ROI）。
- 策劃並執行促銷活動及客戶忠誠度計畫（CRM）。
- 制定市場行銷與推廣策略，拓展新客戶及市場；評估市場趨勢與消費者需求，提出創新性市場策略。
- 分析市場趨勢及消費者行為，提供具市場洞察力的建議。
- 與各類合作夥伴（如酒店、航空公司、傳媒公司等）建立和維護良好關係，促進業務合作。
任職要求：
- 市場行銷、商業管理或相關領域本科及以上學歷。
- 至少3-5年旅遊業市場行銷經驗，有管理經驗者優先。
- 精通數字行銷（SEO/SEM、郵件自動化、Google Analytics及CRM系統），擅長社交媒體運營、網紅行銷或聯盟管道推廣。
- 深度熟悉YouTube、Instagram、Facebook、TikTok、小紅書等社交媒體平臺。
- 具備創新思維、解決問題能力及快速適應高強度工作環境。
- 數據分析能力強，能將數據轉化為可執行的策略。
- 高度條理性，注重細節，能同時高效管理多個專案。
基本薪金：
每月$23,000-$32,000，視乎相關工作經驗而定。
工作地點：
深圳福田保稅區（需接受上班地點）。
工作時間：
上午10:00至下午7:00，每天工作八小時，每週工作五日。
Responsibilities:
- Oversee multi-channel campaigns (digital, social media, email, content, PPC, print, events) to enhance the brand’s exposure.
- Collaborate with agencies on creative development, media buying, and PR.
- Optimize campaigns using analytics tools (Google Analytics, CRM) to maximize ROI.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns and CRM loyalty program.
- Develop marketing and promotional strategies to expand new clients and markets, evaluate market trends and consumer needs, and propose innovative market strategies.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to provide actionable market insights.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with partners (e.g., hotels, airlines, media companies) to drive business collaboration.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of marketing experience in the tourism industry; prior management experience is preferred.
- Expertise in digital marketing (SEO/SEM, email automation, Google Analytics and CRM systems.) with a strong focus on social media, influencer marketing, or affiliate channels..
- A frequent user of social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu.
- Innovative mindset with problem-solving abilities and adaptability to fast-paced environments.
-Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Base Salary:
Monthly salary ranges from $23,000 to $32,000, depending on relevant work experience.
Location:
Futian Bonded Area， Shenzhen (on-site work required).
Working Hours:
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week.
