要求：

職責：
1. 協助監督自助圖書館服務站的運作 (例如：協助僱用服務和採購家具、設備等（草擬規格、與供應商溝通）、督導下屬監督服務的日常運作
2. 協助籌備更換新圖書館系統的還書機 (例如：協調其他政府部門、服務承辦商安排實地視察、擬備平面圖、出席會議以進行更換工程，以及向圖書館員工作出簡介)
3. 處理一般行政事宜（例如：記錄會議記錄、安排支援人員的工作時間表）
4. 提供讀者服務及推廣活動（例如：解答讀者查詢、制訂公眾推廣策略、聯絡圖書館使用者、學校及非政府機構以推廣圖書館服務）
Requirements:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. HKDSE/CEE：Chinese & English Lv 3/ E (CRE acceptable)
3. 1 year full-time working experience
4. Good knowledge of common computer applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, etc.
Responsibilities:
1. To assist in overseeing operation of Self-service Library Stations (e.g. assist in hiring of support services and acquisition of furniture, equipment etc. (drafting the specifications, communicating with suppliers), supervise subordinates for overseeing daily operations of the services)
2. To assist in preparation of replacement of book dispensers by other library equipment for the new library system (e.g. co-ordinate with other government departments, service contractors in arranging site visits, floor plan preparation, attend meetings with various parties for carrying out the replacement works and briefings to library staff)
3. To handle general administrative matters (e.g. taking minutes/notes in the meetings, organizing and controlling work schedules of supporting staff)
4. To provide readers’ service and promotion campaigns (e.g. answer readers’ enquiries, formulating the promotional strategy for the public and to liaise with library users, schools and non-government organizations for promotion of the station services)
