職責
- Organize and coordinate resources of BIM Department.
- Manage the cost effective deployment of the BIM resources.
- Establish, execute and manage the BIM implementation.
- Develop BIM policy, strategy and implementation plan for the organisation and its projects.
- Explore and Evaluate new BIM related software platforms and technologies.
- Develop project specific BIM standards and QA/QC.
- BIM Process Management.
- Resolve BIM implementation issues.
- Lead the BIM training in corporate and project level.
要求
- Degree or above in Building Service, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- 10 years or above relevant experience in BIM / Architectural / Building Service consultant or contractor.
- CIC-Certified of BIM Managers (CCBM) / Professional Member of Hong Kong Institute of Building Information Modelling (MHKIBIM) / Professional Member of Hong Kong Institute of Civil and Building Information Management (MHKICBIM).
- Good knowledge of construction.
- Good knowledge of BIM software.
- Must be a self-starter and possess the drive to pursue continued education on BIM.
- Possess the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
- Possess good practical experience in the areas such as planning, design, contract administration and execution of BIM projects in the areas of design management and specification, quantity surveying, construction management, project management, cost and programme management, and property management; quality assurance, etc.
- Possess good communication, interpersonal and team management skills and be proactive and positive.
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Project BIM Manager.
