Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the monthly and annually financial reporting, cash flow management and costing analysis
- Responsible for daily accounts operation including Accounts Payable and the monthly bank reconciliation
- Prepare payments to suppliers
- Assist in overseeing the month end close process and managing the daily accounting operations of the office
- Provide effective & accurate accounting information and financial reports on a timely basis
- Ensure internal controls in compliance with the Business Rules and Regulations
- Assist in managing projects and ad-hoc assignments as required
- Degree holder in accounting or related discipline
- At least 3 years related experiences, logistic industry experience is highly preferred
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Proficiency in written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Experience in SAP would be advantageous
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and multi-tasking management
- Self-motivated, detailed-mind, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
