Accounting Officer / Assistant Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

• Handle the daily accounts payable functions to ensure smooth daily accounting operations

• Process inter-company fund transfers and perform account reconciliations

• Support the team in achieving timely completion of month-end and year-end closing activities

• Assist in preparing month-end and year-end financial statements

• Manage departmental petty cash reimbursements

• Perform ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting or related disciplines

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferrable gained in construction or engineering industries

• A fast learner, self-motivated, able to under pressure and attentive to detail

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office application such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Candidates with less experience and qualifications will be considered as Assistant Accounting Officer
