HK-FEI-001--Accounting Officer

Job Descriptions:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions and accounts receivable/payable;
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations, financial statements, management reports;
• Assist in external audits, tax filings, and prepare necessary supporting schedules;
• Assist in the preparation of quotations, budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses;
• Provide administrative support in accounts department;
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• LCCI qualifications /Diploma / Associate Degree / Degree holder in Accounting or related discipline;
• Minimum 2 years solid accounting experience;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin;
• Experience in financial accounting would be an advantage;
• Proficiency in MS office, including Excel and Word, and Chinese Word Processing;
