New Home Association (NHA) was founded in 2010 and now provides a comprehensive range of services in Hong Kong and the Mainland. Administration & HR Officer (HQ/AO)
Responsibilities:
- Lead the team on the full spectrum of HR & Administrative management covering general administration support, compensation & benefits, recruitment, performance management, retention, office renovation & maintenance etc.
- Ensure all HR policies comply with labour laws and regulations
- Review and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and best practices.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Holder of Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines.
- At least 8 years' experience in HR and administration field & at least 3 years in supervisory role.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, proactive, analytical and work independently & willing to take up challenges with "Can-do" attitude.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, flexibility and problem-solving skill.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in MS applications and HRMS.
- Previous experience with NGO is a definite advantage.
