Key Responsibilities:
1. Formulate and implement the annual plans and budgets for administration and human resources, optimize relevant systems, and establish an efficient team;
2. Oversee the entire process of human resources management (hiring, performance, compensation, employee relations, etc.), optimize organizational structure and talent development, and maintain the employer brand and employee relations.
3. Manage administrative affairs, including office environment and safety, items and fixed assets, visitor reception, and vehicles, etc.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in human resources, business administration, or related fields;
2. At least five years of experience in diversified group administrative management and human resources-related work, with knowledge of the fast-moving consumer goods or pharmaceutical industries;
3.have a strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, coordination, organizational, and written expression skills, am meticulous and diligent, and possess a good team spirit and professional demeanor.
