Administrative Assistant II in the Bau Institute of Medical and Health Sciences (Ref.: 532980) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree or above with a minimum of 6 years' relevant administrative and project management experience, including at least 3 years’ work experience at supervisory level. They should demonstrate maturity, a keen eye for detail, self-motivation, and a strong result-oriented mindset. They must also be highly proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua), and possess outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities. A strong sense of ownership, effective multitasking skills under pressure and tight deadlines, and the capacity to work independently as well as within a team are also essential.
The appointee will take an active role in supporting the planning and development of educational programmes for health and medical professionals, and ensuring efficient programme delivery and student support; coordinating knowledge exchange initiatives, including the planning and organization of large-scale conferences and related events; managing departmental projects from inception to completion with timely execution and successful alignment with strategic objectives; and other duties as assigned. He/ She may be required to work outside normal office hours occasionally. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and a written test.
