Job Description:
Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for new hire onboarding and terminations formalities, record and data management
- Handles medical insurance claims and employee inquiries
- Administers payment and cash receipt related issues for HR team’s expenses/ reimbursement
- Maintains and updates human resources records in HR databases
- Maintains employee records, personnel files and documentation
- Completes regular/ad hoc government surveys
- Handles and organizes HR properties including welcome kit, books, posters, etc.
- Supports ad-hoc HR projects and initiatives
- Prepares monthly/quarterly HR reports
Requirements/Qualifications:
- Degree holder with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in HR operations
- Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information
- Experience in Workday and good Excel skills preferred
- Good command of both English and Cantonese; proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
- A team player with a mature character and a strong sense of responsibility
- Attentive to details, well-organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering high quality service with a flexible, can-do attitude
