We are seeking an experienced Asset Management Solution Specialist to support the deployment of Oracle WACS in support of CLP’s business transformation. The role involves collaborating with functional, technical, and system integration teams to deliver optimal business outcomes through process improvement and system configuration under a zero-customization approach. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Oracle ERP, mobile workforce management solutions, and asset management domains, with additional experience in system analysis, solution validation, and data migration activities.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Support the Asset Management Solution Lead to collaborate with the Functional Team, System Integrator, and Technical Team to deliver the expected business outcomes.
- Provide technical analysis to validate the proposed solution from SI which map the scope of business requirements.
- Collaborate with business to drive business process under zero customization principle.
- Work with Functional and SI to manage risk and take pivotal role on solution design, development, testing, training, UAT, data migration and cutover activities.
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Oracle ERP (must-have)
- Mobile-related Experience – IFS, Clevest, Microsoft Workforce management, Oracle Field Service (must have)
- Best practices in Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service for utility service (could-have)
- Utility Asset Management domain (could-have)
- Experience in other industries (e.g., Utility, Telecom, Construction, or Property Management )
- Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service configuration (could-have)
- Develop under Groovy script / JavaScript (could-have)
- Basic integration knowledge (could have)
Key responsibilities:

Requirements
- 4-6 years of professional experience in IT/system/business analyst or similar position,
- Oracle Work and Asset Cloud Service knowledge (could have),
- Groovy and/or Java knowledge (could have)
- Application integration knowledge (could have)
- Mobile related Experience – IFS, Clevest, Microsoft Workforce management, Oracle Field Service (must have)
- Experience in other industries (e.g. Utility, Telecom, Construction or Property Management) (must have)
